Klara Studios run their commerce on Shopify but wanted a separate brand surface for the seasonal lookbook — slower, more editorial, art-directed in a way that Shopify themes do not allow. The site needed to be live before Stockholm Fashion Week and reach a Lighthouse score of one hundred on every axis.
How we approached it
A focused three-week engagement with one engineer. Static HTML, modern CSS with logical properties and container queries, twenty-eight WebP images served from Cloudflare R2, and zero JavaScript on the critical path.
What shipped
Shipped two days before fashion week. Lighthouse 100/100/100/100 on mobile. The seasonal lookbook will be rebuilt in the same template every six months by us, on a Foundation Build engagement.
