Solna Health had been running on a generic booking SaaS that did not integrate with the practice management system the practitioners were already using, and a marketing site that did not reflect any of the work the practice did. They wanted both halves of the public surface to feel like one product.
How we approached it
A ten-week Atelier Build. The marketing site went on Astro with a flat-file CMS; the booking application is a PHP application that talks to their existing practice management system over a vendor-provided REST API. Stripe was integrated for deposits.
What shipped
Live for sixteen months without a single incident. Bookings per month grew from around two hundred to around four hundred over the first year. The practice manager runs all content updates directly; we have spent under twelve hours of support in the last twelve months.
