Atelier Build
A complete marketing site and a small web application, integrated and shipped together, in ten weeks.
For teams launching or relaunching the whole public surface together with a small piece of web software — a member portal, a customer dashboard, a booking system, a calculator. The build covers both the marketing site and the application, designed and engineered as one product so the user experience is continuous between visitor and customer. Handover includes a written operations manual and four weeks of post-launch support.
Every line of the engagement letter, in plain English.
If something is on this list it is in the price. If it is not on this list it is either out of scope or quoted separately as a module.
- § 01 Two-week discovery: founder interviews, customer interviews, competitive context, positioning brief

- § 03 Two visual routes covering the marketing site and the application together, presented in week three
- § 04 Production build of the marketing site in semantic HTML, CSS and small JavaScript
- § 05 Production build of the application in PHP, Node, or a stack of your choice with a documented architecture
- § 06 Authentication, role-based access, and basic admin tooling — built in, not bolted on
- § 07 Stripe integration if billing is in scope, with webhooks and a customer portal
- § 08 Written operations manual: deployment, rollback, common maintenance, on-call notes
- § 09 Four weeks of post-launch support — bug fixes, small adjustments, and live training for your team
How the Ten weeks · 50 working days actually unfolds.
Every phase has a written deliverable; every phase ends with a sign-off so we both know when one part of the work is closed.
Discovery
A two-week written discovery. Founder interviews, customer interviews, competitive context, positioning workshop. Output is a written brief signed off by both sides.
Map
Week three locks the site map, the application route map, and the data model. Every screen has a name; every database row has a purpose.
Routes
Week three closes with two visual routes that cover both the marketing site and the application. The same typography, palette, and components run through both halves.
Design
Weeks four and five are design and the start of front-end build. The component system is established once and used by both halves of the product.
Build
Weeks six through nine are the bulk of the engineering. Marketing site goes to staging in week seven. Application goes to staging in week eight.
Handover
Week ten is the handover. Half-day training session with your team, a written operating manual, the live site, the live application, and a quiet inbox for sixty days of post-launch work.
